He immediately got in contact with the other realtor and scheduled a time to view the home the very next day! We were so excited! Upon viewing the home we fell in love with it. The location was perfect and the price was even better. But there was one thing we wanted to change. The walls were painted a hideous shade of yellow and green. Dave convinced them to allow us to paint! We were even more happy now! Dave was amazing to work with. And he helped us beat our deadline by a full week!
