I had two houses to sell from my mother's estate - Dave got the pictures done, drone footage, and the listing up in a very short period of time and we were sold within a couple weeks. He jumped in immediately to schedule and conduct viewing, prepare and present the offer, get an inspection, negotiate the sales agreement, work with escrow/title company to arrange and manage closing, and finally assisted in the transfer of utilities and services from the seller to me. All parties involved in the sale/purchase concur Dave is unsurpassed in his field. He bore the load and made it easy for the rest of us.

He went above and beyond his job requirements, went out of his way to research and even drove around to places that wouldn't return his calls so that we could get the correct answers (we had some very unusual documents needed for the sale). He even put on his work clothes and did some of the work to help it pass inspections, all with the best attitude! He was on top of everything and very very responsive. I HIGHLY recommend Dave!
